Auctioning for over 50 years & selling vehicles and equipment by auction since 1994, Ronald Roman has been delivering results for sellers, as well as buyers for decades.

A lifelong resident of the Canfield, OH, Ron earned a BS degree from Youngstown State University and began his auction career with his father and brother in the 70’s as a licensed Auctioneer in OH and PA. His father had been a recognizable name in the auction business since 1950, and he encouraged Ron to train further at the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) in the 80’s. He went on to become a licensed real estate agent for OH as a member of the Youngstown Area Realtors (YARC) in the 90’s. Ron is currently a licensed real estate agent with Howard Hanna. His specialized interest in vehicle and equipment auctions began in 1994 as president of the original Western Reserve Vehicle Auction on Western Reserve Rd. in Poland where they sold a wide variety of vehicles and began developing successful business relationships with entities handling bankruptcies and repossessions. Ron and his wife have three grown children and seven grandchildren.

Working with banks, finance companies, attorneys, estate lawyers, executors, bankruptcy courts and government municipalities, Ronald has become an Approved Bankruptcy Court Auctioneer and has developed a comprehensive auction sale process for complete vehicle auction service. His need to expand in 2021 resulted in a new auction facility on Mahoning Ave. at the corner of Rosemont in North Jackson and the business addition of his son, Alec Roman, as licensed auctioneer.
