    This auction includes the sale of assets such as cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, collections cars, campers, equipment and similar vehicles.


    We have decades of experience and successes with disposal of these assets for sellers from banks, repossessions, bankruptcies, estates, municipalities and a wide range of businesses. We know our product and how to reach interested bidders/buyers.


    WE HANDLE THE DETAILS


    Sellers can call or email us to make arrangements for pick-up or delivery of any type of vehicle to auction, fast and easy. Our skilled staff handles all administrative details competently such as court orders, legal docs and title work. Advertising, commissions and fees are competitive and all agreed to in advance.


    Vehicles are stored at our facility in a secure, fenced lot. Every effort is made to bring in a lively bidding crowd and to deliver maximum value for each vehicle. Auction payouts generally finish within two weeks.


    PUBLIC VEHICLE AUCTIONS ARE LIVE & ONSITE

     All buyers are asked to register in-person to bid and can arrive one hour before the auction to preview vehicles and equipment for sale.

    REGULARS AND NEW BIDDERS

    help make our vehicle auctions interesting and productive. Buyer premiums and other auction terms may apply and are announced in advance.

     $400.00 CASH DEPOSIT AT THE SALE

    Successful buyers must make a $400.00 cash deposit at the sale and pay the balance in full with cash or certified funds within three banking days of confirmation and before vehicle removal.

     REMOVAL IS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

    Removal is by appointment only and is the buyer’s responsibility, but we’re usually glad to assist our valued customers.

    INSPECTION:

    Vehicles can be seen on day of auction from 4:00 PM until sale time. SPECIAL NOTE: No children under 16 are permitted in sale area.

    TERMS:

    Seller reserves the right to remove from auction any vehicle. Seller reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All vehicles are sold on an “as is” basis. Successful buyers must make a $400.00 non-refundable cash deposit at time of auction. Balance must be paid in cash or certified funds within three banking days. Buyer premium may apply and will be announced at sale time. All announcements at sale time will reflect the most updated information and shall take precedence over any previous written or oral advertised information. Vehicles must be paid in full before removal.
